Why we collect it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess the requested lawn or garden work, prepare a quote, schedule services and maintain necessary business records. We do not use website enquiries to sell unrelated third-party products.

Form delivery

The website form is delivered through Netlify Forms, an external website form-processing service. Information submitted through the form is transmitted to Netlify, recorded for the website owner and may be forwarded through configured submission notifications. If you prefer not to use an external form processor, contact us directly by phone, SMS or email.

Storage and disclosure

Enquiry information may be retained in website submission records, business email and job records for as long as reasonably needed. We may disclose information where required by law or to service providers that support normal business operations.
